Background: Obsessive-compulsive disorder (OCD) is a psychiatric in which people experience repetitive, unwanted thoughts, called Obsessions and repetitive actions they cannot get rid of it, Compulsions. Aim: to the prevalence OCD among psychology students at university Garmian compare grades, age groups gender students. Method: cross-sectional study design, purposive sampling method, using Yale Brown Scale (YBOCS) collect 102 samples from Results: severities were mostly moderate sever. The mean score was 21, with standard deviation 5.87, minimum 4 maximum 33, range 29. Conclusion: very common students, severe are most severities. There no significant differences between males females, but severity studying grades. Future studies different assessment tools larger sample size recommended awareness programs about OCD.
